Warranty and Repairs

Our company provides a one-year warranty for products sold through us, including stepper motor drivers, stepper motors, and stepper controllers. During this period, we will repair any faults free of charge, provided they are not caused by improper use or non-compliant working environments. For faults occurring after the one-year warranty period, or within the one-year period but caused by improper use or non-compliant working environments, we will repair the product at a reasonable cost. Requests for on-site repairs will be negotiated separately. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from our company.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following circumstances are not covered under the warranty:

1. Faults caused by conditions, environments, operations, or usage that do not comply with the specifications outlined in the separately provided documentation from our company.

2. Faults resulting from modifications, repairs, or other unauthorized disassembly not performed by our company.

3. Faults caused by using the product in ways not specified in its documentation.

4. Faults arising from unforeseeable factors based on the scientific and technological standards at the time of delivery by our company.

5. Faults caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars) outside the scope of our company's responsibility.
